Fourth indigo Invitational Golf Tournament-2010 organized, by Mobilink, at Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, Lahore. Mobilink, Pakistan’s market leader in cellular services and part of Orascom Telecom Holding, has been organizing the 18-hole tournament since three years; which is now becoming an attraction amongst the golfing fanatics from within the Mobilink-indigo customers. The basic aim of the tournament is to derive excitement and fun through friendly competition.
More than 100 contestants participated in the golfing tournament; the ever increasing number of ladies golfers is a healthy sign. The contestants with significant performance were presented high-valued gifts from Mobilink.
The President & CEO Mobilink- Mr. Rashid Khan said; “The enthusiastic fervour displayed by golfing enthusiasts, from Lahore, in the Indigo Golf Tournament has made this recreational event into a popular sporting activity. Our aim through sponsoring these activities is to support such exciting events that engender social harmony and foster a participative spirit in the community.”
