A Visit to Our Native Place: Full of Fun and Entertainment

A Visit to Our Native Place (Munianwala):

As the summer is already here and heat is increasing day by day. I was just remembering my a funny day; I had during last summer. As I'm living in Faisalabad with my family; but our native place is just 30-32 Km away from Faisalabad. We often used to go there for a day or two to have some fun and entertainment. The natural and clean weather plus greenery and fresh food like vegetables, fruits, milk and butter are the main reasons which often attract us to go there and have some peace of mind away from noise and pollution of the big city, like Faisalabad.

Here I'm gonna share few photographs of one of our tour to give you the idea about what I have said above.

Hiba

My neice is enjoying on the green field. For the reminder of my readers; I have posted a very funny car driving clip of this baby few days back, If someone interested, he can find it the same post under the tag of "Funny". It's entertaining, believe me, if you haven't seen you have missed something funny.

Village

Green fields, Blue sky and fresh air ................ wow the ingredients of our native place.

fun

Wondering....Why I'm closing my eyes?? I'm trying to absorb the beauty of surrounding inside my heart.

The tour to our native place (Munianwala) always been like a tonic for us to face the hardships and problems of the life. Family of my father's elder brother (in our langusage it is called "Taya G") is still living there and earn their livings from culivation of lands. One more thing is worth mentioning that when we go there we are not the guests of our relaives (cousins and family) only; but everybody from the village will try to entertain us as much as he can. They still believe that 'Guests are the blessing from Almighty Allah'. These people still ahve time for each other to share and solve the mutual issues and problems; not like cities where everybody is entangled with his own problems.

I will keep on share more and more memories of such tours if my readers and fans will like my post. Right now, I'm going to share one more funny clip. In the clip me (behind the camera), my younger brother (zahid), our cousin (Yousuf) and some of his friends are trying to beat the heat in the cold water of canal. This canal is called 'Rakh Branch Canal'. After watching this video clip you can imagine that how great fun and entertainment it was!

Saif-ur-Rehman: My Friend and Brilliant Actor - - Video Clip of His Performance on the Stage of "Bulgaria's Got Talent"

Few days back I posted a story of friendship with my childhood friend Saif-ur-Rehman; who has settled in Bulgaria and engaged in coaching of the National Cricket Team.

As I've mentioned in my previous post that he has a great craze towards acting and entertainment field. Recently he has participated in a talent hunt show in Bulgaria named as "Bulgaria's Got Talent". He made the audience laugh with his performance. He took a simple situation and presented it as "One-Man-Show" and entertained people and judges with the twists and twirls of his God-gifted talent of acting and mimicking. Let's enjoy his performance in the video clip below:

All of three judges liked his performance and style. According tho them the performance was a new kind of entertainment for Bulgarian public. One of the judges even commented "I wish that our people (related to showbiz and acting) can learn something from your talent." This is a big statement for Mr. Saif-ur-Rehman and all Pakistani's. One of the judges appreciated his lingual abilities and said that even this language is not your mother tongue; but even though you have full command over it.

All of three judges cleared him for the next step with best wishes. We also wish him best of luck in every field of life.

"Minno": Our Pet Cat and Her Grown-up Kittens Having Fun

I shared a video of our pet cat "Minno" back in Decenmber. That time she gave birth to her three kittens. She was licking her kittens with lots of love. You can see the pictures of Minno feeding her three kittens. One of my friend took one kitten named "Browny"; while the other two are still with us and a source of great fun when they are playing with each other.

Now I want to share few recent pictures of Minno and her kittens; which are now grown-up enough to have fun. Sometimes they need special attention and would not let me work.

Once I was busy to do my work on my laptop and Nazoo needs some kind of attention. He was wandering around me to attract me anyway and he couldn't succeed; he jumped and sit on my laptop. Everybody was laughing to see such a funny action.

The moment was worth-catching so I took my camera and capture that funny moment.

Another moment that I couldn't stop myself to share with all of you. Sleeping together, Pony and Nazoo, looking so cute and innocent.

I hope you would like these pictures and will continue to share more of such pictures if I would be appreciated by my readers. Therefore, please leave your comments and suggestion about this post and also for my overall blog.

Pakistani Talent in Bulgaria - - Story of Friendship With My Childhood Friend Saif

My friend in Bulgaria sent me an interesting video clip of his one-man-show type of performance on the stage in a cultural show on Indian National Day. Before you go through the video clip below; I would like to have an introduction of the guy in this video and background of our friendship.

The guy in the video is my childhood friend Saif, actually Saif-ur-Rehman, who settled in Bulgaria long back in mid 90’s. During this long period of 15/16 years he came only once in the year 2001 to visit his homeland and his family; but thanks to electronic media, we had been in a continuous touch with each other. He got married there and has a very cute son “Ilyas”.

Roots of our friendship go to the year 1985-86; when his father was transferred to PAF base Shorkot. (I’m trying to scratch my memory to dig out the as much details as possible and frankly speaking it’s really amazing to remember good childhood days.) I was studying in seventh standard that time and he got the admission in the same class; so soon we were good friends. But after only few months my father was transferred to Kamra (another PAF base); so our friendship had a sad end just at the beginning. After five years we again came across at PAF Base Sargodha in early 90’s, again due to our parents’ respective job postings.

We had a great fun during this tenure of our friendship. I was a good student contrary to my friend Saif; who was more interested in extra-curricular activities and games. I used to help him in his exams’ preparations. (I would not tell the way I was helping him…………….but I’m sure he would have reminded, if he read this story. It was a real fun). He had always been an active participant of college functions and games. He was crazy about acting and no doubt he has immense talent in this field. To satisfy his thirst of acting he made a dramatic society, named “Allah Tawakkal Art Society”. I’m proud to tell that I was also a humble part of it but he was quite active and enthusiastic member of that Society.

Our dramatic society was engaged in production of commercial stage plays in an open air theatre made on temporary basis. The best part of it was that we were spending the earnings from those stage plays for any social welfare work in our area.

He also made me to travel with him to Islamabad (Capital of Pakistan) to visit TV channels to get an opportunity in TV plays. That time there was only one semi private channel STN (Shalimar Television Network) with Government owned PTV (Pakistan Television). Despite of many efforts he couldn’t succeed to get any chance.

He was in his final year of college; when he decided to visit abroad just for fun. One of our common friends was also accompanied with him. When they were flying towards Bulgaria on a visit visa; no body knew that they had plans to settle somewhere very far from Pakistan. The other friend came back after 5/6 years but Saif couldn’t. He visited us for few days in 2001 and I was there at Jinnah International, Karachi to welcome and see him off again. Since then I didn’t see him live, until I got the video clip to share with you.

He earned a lot of respect in Bulgaria; as a founder member of Bulgarian Cricket Team and presently serving the team as captain and coach. He is trying to establish their name in cricket arena. Bulgarian cricket team participated in different tournaments arranged by ICC and exhibited impressive performance.

Along with his cricket career; he is also pursuing with his acting mania. So he took part in this cultural show on Indian National Day. I wish him very best of luck in his career in the fields of cricket and acting and wish to see him very soon here in Pakistan.

Now see the video below and enjoy.

A Trip to Manorra Beach (Arabian Sea) Near Karachi - - Full of Excitement, Fun And Unforgettable Moments

In July 2009; I, with my family, got a chance to visit Manorra Beach that is the only tourism possible island near Kharachi. The Arabian Sea was on full swing on that day and it was a daring fun to have a 15-20 minutes boat ride from Kaemarri to Manorra. The boat was totally in the hands of merciless waves of Arabian Sea.

After getting off the boat; everyone of us feeling nausea but we had to travel again by a Suzuki Van to reach to the beach area. The wind was blowing heavily and tides of Arabian Sea was smacking the shore with tremendous power. The Sea level was rising with every passing minute and getting dangerous.

Terrifying and Unforgettable Moments of Our Trip To Manorra Beach:

My nephew and niece , Anas and Aisha, just before the accident.

The whole trip was full of fun and excitement; but the accident that happened just at the beginning of the trip was terrifying and unforgettable for everyone of us. My elder brother and his family; his wife, a son and daughter, were also accompanying with us on this trip. We located a place to sit and I, with my nephew and niece, hurriedly headed towards the sea to have fun with the rising waves and wet and cool sand. I started to have photographs with my mobile of the Arabian Sea and the children. Since we were just there and didn't know the intensity of waves; therefore suddenly a huge tide came and it dragged my niece with it. She cried uncle catch me (Chachu, mujh ko pakrro). The Almighty Allah gave me power and I jumped towards her and after catching her sat down immediately. Her mother saw the scene and running towards us screaming for her daughter. The tide was so dangerous that even I felt going with that for the first instance. Thanks to Almighty Allah; who saved us from any loss and we got careful for the remaining trip.

In the process I got my mobile phone soaked in the Sea water and turned off; and I couldn't use it further to take the photographs. Luckily, we had a spare digital camera that was used to capture the remaining trip. The above photograph was the last one I took from my mobile camera.

Looking very careful after the incident

Just watching the huge tides of Arabian Sea

Children having fun of camel riding and Swings on the Manorra Beach

Amazing waves surprising everybody

After having a tremendous trip full of fun, excitement and unforgettable incident; we had to get back after noon. Then again the boat riding from Mannora to Kaemarri to back to the home deadly tired.

Even after quite a few months; whenever we remind the incident we use to thank Almighty Allah for saving us from any loss of life.

Funny Photographs - - Girl Acting Like An Old Villager With Big Mustache

First see the above photograph of my niece, my elder brother's daughter, taken somewhere gone for outing. The reason to show you the above photograph is that on the event of latest Eid-ul-Azha, just two days back, the naughty girl in the picture acted like a Old Villager with big mustache. It was so funny that I decided to post these photographs on my Blog. I hope all of my readers will enjoy the expression and get-up of this naughty girl.

Now let's go through the following photographs one by one:

See how funny she is looking with big mustache, a big turban and wide smile on her/his face.

Lolz, how funny she is looking, as trying to twist the side of his big mustache to imitate an influential big man of a village.

Another funny expression........................a real fun stuff.

Just having a big laugh on her acting. She enjoyed it a lot and certainly we, too.

This post is just to share few good moments with all of you. Your comments will add a different falvour to these photographs.
